Seasonal Cupcakes at Cuckoo's Bakery

Cuckoo’s Bakery was founded on Valentine’s Day in 2011. This lovely little bakery has three locations and has won the ttitle of Best Cake in Scotland multiple times, winning in 2014, 2015, and 2017. Known for their innovative and seasonal special cakes, Cuckoo’s Bakery celebrates events like graduation, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Halloween, and more with unique, beautifully designed treats.

During my latest visit, I indulged in one of their autumn-themed cupcakes. It was a stunning chocolate cupcake topped with a creamy mallow layer, delicately coated with a thin layer of chocolate. To top it off, there was an adorable little toadstool made of cream! Not only did this cupcake looks so pretty, but it also tasted incredible. The fresh, mallowy cream inside was an unexpected surprise.

One of the reasons I enjoy visiting Cuckoo’s Bakery is keeping an eye on their ever-changing selection of cupcakes.
